Cancellation & Refund Policy
Your cancellation rights, what the digital-content waiver at enrolment means, and how a contribution is returned.

Your 14-day right to cancel
As a consumer you have 14 days from the date of enrolment to cancel and have your contribution returned in full, without giving a reason.
To cancel, email us using the address on our contact page, or send any clear statement of your decision to cancel. Cancelling within the period is enough — you do not need our agreement.
The digital-content waiver
Course material is digital content supplied immediately. At the enrolment step you are asked to tick a box confirming that you want immediate access and that you understand you lose the 14-day right to cancel once download or streaming begins.
If you tick that box and then begin accessing the material, the statutory cancellation right ends. If you tick it but do not access any material, your 14-day right remains intact for the rest of the period.
You do not have to tick the box. If you prefer to keep your full cancellation window, decline it and access opens once the 14 days have passed.
Refunds outside the cancellation period
Beyond the statutory window, refunds are discretionary. We will refund where content was not delivered as described, where a technical failure on our side prevented access and we could not resolve it, or where a contribution was taken in error.
We do not refund on the basis that a particular outcome was not achieved, because no outcome is ever promised.
Instalment plans
Instalment arrangements simply spread a single contribution toward Academy access; they are not a subscription. Cancelling within the statutory window ends the plan and refunds what was paid. After that, remaining instalments stay due unless we agree otherwise in writing.
How refunds are paid
Returned contributions are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us accepting the cancellation. Your bank may take a few further days to show it.
If you disagree with our decision
Use our complaints procedure. If you remain dissatisfied you can escalate to the Trustees of the Academy, and after that to independent mediation, before any court action in your own jurisdiction.
