iRise Academy is the global learning and empowerment hub of iRise Nation. This page sets out how we are structured, who teaches, and where the boundaries of what we do sit.
Structure
Educational authority
Curriculum is issued under the educational authority of the Academy's Principal and designated educators. Every module carries an author and a last-reviewed date.
Where contributions are held
Contributions toward Academy access are held in the Academy's charitable trust account. They sustain the teaching — they are not deposits, financial investments, or client monies.
UK contracting entity
Enrolments are administered by GEM The Agency on behalf of Genesis1 One LLC, the corporate trustee of iRise Nations, which commissions the Academy.
Trust administration
All trust administration is carried out through Morpheus, our own sovereign AI, managed by GEM The Agency. Those services sit outside your contribution toward Academy access and are separate from the educational programme.

Nothing we provide creates a lawyer-client, adviser-client, or fiduciary relationship. Where a matter needs a professional, we say so.
No promised outcomes
We publish what students report. We do not present those accounts as typical, and we do not forecast results.

Content carries an author and a review date so you can judge how current it is rather than assume.
Plain disclosure
Where a fact is not yet confirmed, we mark it as unconfirmed instead of writing around it.
How the Academy is held
- Digital assets and enrolment are managed by Global Executive Marketing, trading as GEM The Agency, on behalf of Genesis1 One LLC — corporate trustee of iRise Nations.
- iRise Academy is the faith-based educational work commissioned by iRise Nations and held under that trusteeship.
- Teaching is led by Ambassador Patrick — Jurisperitus, the expert legal guide providing the foundational rules; Concatenator, the master weaver linking law, AI, and business together; Ambassador, the diplomat representing progress, leadership, and vision.
- Controller and processor arrangements between the parties are governed by a non-disclosure agreement and are not published.
- Disputes are assessed by the Trustees of the Academy, then independent mediation, before any court action in your own jurisdiction.
